In some instances, longer sessions may be clinically indicated and helpful, such as with
* couples or families 
* trauma & EMDR

Group therapy rates vary from above schedule and will be assessed prior to new group beginning.

Insurance
HMO: Aetna

PPO: Clients who wish to make use of their insurance will be provided with necessary documentation to file claims with their health care provider directly. 

As general information, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Sliding fee scale offered based on individual circumstances and on a limited basis.

Payment
Payment is due in cash or check at time of services.

Cancellation Policy
If necessary, cancellation notice must be given 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in full cost of therapy session as booked.
